Markie Post was born in the US and is an acclaimed actor. She has played her roles as Christine Sullivan the public defender on NBCs Night Court, Terri Michaels, the bail bondswoman Terri as part of ABCs The Fall Guy drama series, Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman the sitcom Hearts Afire by CBS. As well as acting she also has experience in games shows. Daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised alongside two other brothers at Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school that she chose to attend. It was where she played cheerleader. She studied briefly at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. In a private note, Post was once engaged to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband and co-writer from 1982. Together, they have two daughters.
